Start Your Day with Purpose
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Start Your Day with Purpose
Every day is a fresh start, an opportunity to make the most of your time. Start your day with purpose by setting intentions and goals for yourself. Take control of your day and make it a great one.
You have been X amount of hours to live your best life. All we can control is our own mind, body and soul and only right now. Each now matters. Tag, You're It!
Practice Gratitude
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Start Your Day with Purpose
Gratitude is the key to happiness and success. Take time every day to focus on the things you are grateful for, even the small things. Practicing gratitude is a mindset and helps us attract more positivity into our life.
This is covered in depth on page 3 or 4 of "Compose Yourself"
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Growth and progress happen outside of our comfort zones. Confidence comes from Adventure. Knowledge comes from Exploration.
Try the thing. Or not.
Go or don't go?
Stay the same or grow?
It's our choice. We get to decide.
Be Kind to Yourself
We are often our own worst critics. Practice self-compassion and be kind to yourself. Treat yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would offer to a friend. You deserve it.
Make good friends with your reflection. Its super hard to do, but so very, very worth it. Everything gets better after you fall in love with yourself.
Surround Yourself with Nature
Surround Yourself with Nature
Nature has a way of grounding us and bringing us back to the present moment. Spend time outside, go for a walk, take in the beauty of the natural world. It's a great way to clear our mind and reduce stress.
A walk outside will instantly cool off an uncomfortable situation. A bit of dancing or exercise in the park will lift a mopey mood. Some people are really happy nurturing indoor and outdoor plants, like pets. I will help you get a mini-garden going for your workspace.
Never Stop Learning
Surround Yourself with Nature
Learning is a lifelong journey. Don't be afraid to try new things and learn new skills. The more we learn, the more we grow and the more opportunities we create for ourself.
Try Journaling, for example...or try it again. Transcribing your thoughts to paper is a way to discharge them into reality or oblivion. I will help you learn about yourself and create your bright future by journaling... and make it easy.
Journaling magically improves any experience and helps you help yourself.
